KEEPER OF TRUTH™ — HOW THIS WORKS

Keeper of Truth™ is an alias-only safety system.
We collect community-submitted information to help families, parents, and individuals stay aware of concerning behavior before danger appears.

Below is how each part of the system works:

KEEPER OF TRUTH™ — ALIAS REPORT FORM

(When someone is REPORTING an alias or unsafe encounter)

What You Do

You fill out the Alias Report Form by providing:

The alias, nickname, or screen name the subject used during your encounter

Basic details about the situation

The type of relationship or contact

Behavior or concerns observed

Where you met

Any police contact or case number (if any)

Subject’s condition or behavior

Information about places, events, venues, or businesses involved

What Happens to Your Report

The information you submit is stored permanently in the Keeper of Truth™ Registry.

Nothing is ever deleted, edited, or removed.

The information stays exactly as you provided it.

Your name, email, and identity are NEVER shared with anyone—not the public, not the subject, not other users.

Keeper of Truth™ does not send confirmation emails and does not verify or investigate submissions.

Police Information

If you select that the information is allowed for police use and if police ask for a report, the full alias report may be shared only with law enforcement.

We do not share reporter identities unless you choose to.

KEEPER OF TRUTH™ — ALIAS INFORMATION REQUEST FORM

(When someone is CHECKING an alias)

What You Do

You fill out the Alias Information Request Form by providing:

The alias, nickname, or screen name you want checked

Why you are checking

Where you met or heard the alias

Basic details that may help match reports

Contact information for your result

You then complete a $5.99 search fee.

Why the $5.99 Fee Exists

  • This fee supports:
  • Website hosting
  • Database storage
  • Security and system maintenance
  • Keeping the registry running long-term

What Happens After You Pay

Within 2–3 days, Keeper of Truth™ compares the alias you submitted to all existing report sections:

  • Alias Section
  • Occurrence / Offense (Behavior or Concern)
  • Type of Relationship
  • Where Did You Meet?
  • Police / Safety Actions
  • Subject’s Condition or Behavior
  • Event / Venue / Place / Business Reporting

What You Receive

You receive ONE result only:

MATCH FOUND

The alias you submitted appears in one or more of the sections above.

NO MATCH FOUND

The alias does not appear anywhere in the Keeper of Truth™ Registry.

What You Do NOT Receive

To protect privacy and prevent misuse:

  • No full reports
  • No personal details
  • No names or identities
  • No story descriptions
  • No proof or evidence
  • No reporter information

This service helps you stay aware, not identify anyone.

WHY BOTH FORMS MATTER

Alias Report Form (Reporting)

Helps protect others by storing your experience permanently so the community can be aware.

Alias Information Request Form (Checking)

Helps you stay aware by checking if an alias you encountered has been reported for concerning behavior.

Together, these tools help families and communities recognize:

  • unsafe behavior
  • predatory patterns
  • dangerous environments
  • warning signs
  • repeated concerns

When information is shared, everyone becomes safer.
